Inconsistent temperature control makes for an uncomfortable stay!!! Housekeeping frequency leaves much to be desired, with some rooms barely attended to!!! A few things need more maintenance, like the mini fridge and hot tub!!!

Modern decor with convenient amenities

The rooms were stylishly modern and spacious, offering extra wall hooks in the bathroom, and a location that was both central and convenient for our plans. The heated pool was a nice surprise!

However, I found the lack of closet space a bit inconvenient, and unfortunately, no early check-in was available, which would have helped after our long travel.

Noise travels through the walls way too easily. caught a couple arguing next door and their 'making up' was impossible to miss—earplugs became my best friend. The bed left something to be desired in the comfort department. it definitely wasn't the best rest I've had. Breakfast ended promptly at 9:30 am even though it was supposed to be available until 10 am, which left me scrambling just to snag a few bites when I arrived just before. The AC situation was a mess, with a central control that refused to cooperate despite attempts to fix it. Lastly, while the towels looked clean, some large hairs were mixed in, hinting at a lack of thoroughness.

this hotel could have been good, but the mini refrigerator was not cold enough and the AC was terrible, took ages to cool! i also half-heartedly expected a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but that never happened. breakfast was average at best, what a disappointment. i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t do it.

The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring home-made bread and a variety of options, which made for a delightful start to the day. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxation. However, the air conditioning was not effective, with only one vent functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the confusion among the front desk staff resulted in delays during check-in, and the parking lot filled quickly during peak hours, causing inconvenience.

The swimming pool was super nice, and the gym was excellent! The facilities were well-maintained, perfect for a family getaway.

Additionally, the service was commendable, and the hotel’s location was ideal for business purposes, providing quick access to nearby amenities.

The hotel was newly built and immaculate, featuring a spacious suite with convenient amenities like free high-speed EV chargers for Tesla and CCS. The breakfast options were nice and varied, offering a solid start to each day. Additionally, the on-site business center was a valuable resource for my work needs, making the stay productive and efficient.

The thermostat in my room was stuck at a low temperature, and no staff were available to assist.

housekeeping only comes every 3 days. the hotel was clean and bright, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was above par with a range of good options to choose from.
